Ignacio was graduated as a lawyer from Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina in 1998. Ignacio obtained a Bilingual Master’s Degree in Law and Economy from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella in 2002 and also completed several professional training programs.
His practice is focused on Corporate Law, complex international transactions, tax and family estate planning, as well as investment projects from local and foreign sources.
Ignacio also advises on real estate investment projects in the United States, maintaining an active practice with private clients, providing regular assistance on local and international trust structures, for their tax and family estate planning.
He is a member of the Bar Association of the City of Buenos Aires.

She provides legal advice focused on commercial, corporate, contractual, ethical and regulatory compliance, and intellectual property aspects for the structuring, maintenance, and development of her local and international clients’ businesses. Natalia is a Certified Compliance Officer by the Argentine Association of Ethics and Compliance and the University of CEMA (Buenos Aires, 2024), internationally recognized by the International Federation of Compliance Associations (IFCA). She is a licensed Industrial Property Agent since 2009, at the National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI). She has completed postgraduate update programs at the University of Buenos Aires in Corporate Law, Procedural Law, and Bankruptcy and Insolvency, and attended the CEDEF’s annual program on Legal Aspects of Corporate Finance, among others. Valeria graduated as lawyer from Universidad Nacional de Rosario and obtained a Magister Degree in Corporate Legal Counsel from Universidad Austral. She also completed the Tax Specialization program at the Economic Science School of Universidad de Buenos Aires. Valeria has more than 20 years of experience in tax matters, including tax advice, planning and preparation of defenses against the Argentine National, Provincial and Municipal Tax Authorities both in administrative proceedings as well as in court, and more than 18 years of managerial expertise. She has solid knowledge of the Argentine tax law and precedents. Valeria practised in top local law firms and during more than 8 years she was in charge of KPMG’s Tax Controversy department, advising prestigious Argentine and multinational companies from different industries, both in administrative proceedings, tax planning, tax audits assistance, preparing defenses to be submitted with the Argentine national, provincial and municipal tax authorities as well as the federal courts, the Argentine Tax Court and provincial courts. She lectured at national and international tax courses and is author of several jurisprudence articles. She was shortlisted among the best Tax Controversy Leaders of the International Tax Review (ITR) Tax Controversy Leaders Guide, 2014 and 2015 editions. She is member of the Bar Association of the City of Buenos Aires.
